Good Green Dip

1 avocado

1 tsp Good Green Stuff

1 cup loosely packed fresh herbs (parsley, basil, rocket, mint)

1 spring onion, chopped

1 TB lemon juice

4 TB extra virgin olive oil

1 clove garlic

Salt & freshly ground balck pepper

1 small fresh red chilli (seeds removed) – optional

Whizz all in food processor.

Serve with a platter of fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, peppers, tomatoes), taco chips
