3/4 cup filtered water, chilled
Juice of half a Lemon
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 tsp grated fresh turmeric (or ¼ tsp ground turmeric)
2 tsp Good Green Stuff
1 cup baby spinach
2 kale leaves
1 stalk of celery, cut into chunks
1 apple, cut into pieces
1 small banana
½ a medium cucumber, cut into chunks
2 tsp Good Green Stuff
¼ cup ice
Add all ingredients to a blender in the order they are listed above and blend until smooth.
